Our inventory warehouses for our products are based in Europe and Asia, so refunds may be permitted however we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. This is also due to not having USA warehousing at the moment. However BellaBloome is in the process of branching out and expanding as rapidly as possible, and plans to have 100% USA shipping and inventory to allow much faster shipping times as well as returns and exchanges by the year 2021. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@bellabloome.com with details of the product and the defect.
Once a product defect is fully examined we will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
